Advantages:

Квартира на первом этаже. Большая кровать. Есть интернет, стиральная машинка. Отзывчивый хозяин. Все вовремя и быстро. Хорошо высыпаешься ночью, так как квартира в темном и тихом районе.

Disadvantages:

Находится далеко от центра. Очень неудобно что водонагреватель не может работать параллельно с варочной поверхностью. По посуде самый минимум. Холодильник тарахтит.
