Сдается для отдыхающих (старше 28 лет, желательно семейным) на летний сезон с мая по октябрь 2-х этажный домик в черте города (мыс Змеиный), возле моря (10 метров). Расположение - 20минут на маршрутке от центра города в сторону паромной переправы. Несколько комнат. Кухня, душевая комната, туалет внутри дома. Бойлер. Газ, новые газовая плита, вытяжка. Поточный водонагреватель на кухне. Вода в доме и во дворе. Хороший ремонт (все окна, двери, полы - новые, натяжные потолки, современный кафель и т.д.)

Все необходимое: мебель, телевизоры (спутниковая антенна), холодильники, посуда, постельное и т. д. Кондиционер. Стиральная машинка-автомат. Три телевизора: на первом и на втором этажах. Много спальных мест. На каждом этаже имеются большие кровати. Интернет- wi-fi. Идеальная чистота. Недалеко мини-столовая, буфет. Оборудованный дворик, огражден, небольшой огородик (деревья, розы, виноград, зелень). Сдается от 12 дней
