Одноэтажный 2-комнатный домик на 4-5 человек с террасой (верандой), где можно посидеть за чашкой чая и полюбоваться красотой моря (море на расстояние вытянутой руки), площадью 20 кв.м на охраняемом огороженном участке 50 сот.
На территории имеется парковка с возможностью автокемпинга (палатка+авто), столовая, мангал, зона отдыха, беседка, летний душ с пресной водой и 6 кабинок уличного туалета, также есть 2 с/у и 2 душа с горячей и холодной водой в закрытом теплом помещении, стиральная машинка.
В домике есть электричество, холодильник, вентилятор (на первой линии легкий свежий бриз с моря, что создает продуваемость коттеджа и не мешает комфортно чувствовать себя в любую погоду) , шкаф, стол, стулья, тумбочка, Wi-Fi (бесплатно).
Двуспальная кровать, 2 кровати односпальные, 1-раскладушка.
Свой песчаный пляж в 15 м, шезлонги (прокат), волейбольная площадка.
