Advantages:

Понравилось только расположение и место проживания, вместо двухкомнатной квартиры оказалась однокомнатная.

Disadvantages:

Хотели снять двухкомнатную квартиру.. Хозяйка эту квартиру выдаёт за двухкомнатную, на самом деле она однокомнатная, обратите на это внимание. Вторая комната, это кухня, как оказалось.

Ничего подобного это 2х комнатная в новом стиле, вторая совмещена с кухней. Кому студия не нравится пусть не снимает ( на фото все видно)
