Всё в шаговой доступности: рынок „Дружба„, остановка, продуктовые и хозяйственные магазины, кафе, банк, банкоматы, аптеки, сауна, парк. В пешей доступности расположен пляж Аршинцево, и в 15 минутах езды на общественном транспорте, расположен большой Городской Пляж Керчи SunDali. Заселение после 14-00, выезд до 12-00. В квартире имеется всё необходимое для проживания. Чистое постельное бельё и полотенца. Wi-Fi, кабельное телевидение. Без вечеринок! Заселение строго 21+

Понравилось абсолютно всё. Останавливаемся у Натальи второй год, только в другой квартире. Квартира очень чистая, отличный ремонт, все красиво, все соответствует фото. Имеется все необходимое. Белье - идеально белое, чистое и свежее. Хозяйка очень доброжелательная и отзывчивая. Без проблем рано заселились и очень рано выехали. Всем советую, не пожалеете
