Advantages:

У нас было позднее заселение, но нас встретили, проводили, рассказали, где что находится. Приветливый и доброжелательный администратор. Перезванивают сами, уточняют, как к ним добраться. Тихо и уютно.

Disadvantages:

Из недостатков - комары и тонкие стены. Берите с собой фумигаторы, в конце лета это очень актуально.
